As an executive search firm, 95 percent of our clients are manufacturers of a wide range of products. Our experience spans a broad spectrum of industries. We have successfully completed search assignments for key managers and executives in manufacturing, sales and marketing, engineering, finance, general management, quality, IT, and human resources. Because the vast majority of our clients are manufacturers, it is not surprising that our search assignments closely parallel a manufacturer's organizational chart.

More and more, we are being asked to evaluate candidates who are well-versed in JIT, TQM, MRP, QS9000, ISO-9000, and other modern manufacturing techniques, such as work cells.

With respect to salary level, our search assignments are in excess of $100,000. Salary ranges, as well as other parameters of the position, are discussed with our clients during the initial, in-person meeting.
