There is
no magic; just hard work and thoroughness!
There are
no short-cuts to the process. Each step is well-planned and executed to
enable us to identify and evaluate a large pool of people to ensure we
are able to present the highest level of candidates to our clients.
Our process
involves the following phases:
- Meet
with our client in person to gain a good understanding of the company,
the requirements of the position, and the chemistry-related factors.
- Discuss
the specific specifications and requirements of the position with our
research and recruiting staff to advise them on the needs of the position.
- Identify
and telephone-interview potential candidates.
- Conduct
personal in-depth interviews with qualified candidates which enables
us to present four to six dossiers on well-qualified and interested
candidates to our clients.
- Perform
reference checks and assist our client throughout the interviewing,
selection, and negotiation process until a hiring decision is reached.
- Present
an offer to the candidate.
